The news letters look great - You should be proud of what you have done in the past 10 years.         Carol and Sam

A big thank you to everyone at Avalon.  I cooked dinner for several people on New Years day with JR’S recipes and Avalon's seafood.  I was the star and so was the food.  We had lobster, shrimp, oysters, scallops and sea bass.  Everything was wonderful.

We all ate too much but what a great way to start a new year.

Thank you again.

Just wanted to share  story with you.

I was in a meeting at work the other day.  Before the meeting started, a man from rural Oklahoma was explaining to a person who was new to Oklahoma that he had been noodling the previous weekend.  Of course, they were explaining the dangers of noodling including possible loss of fingers.  The new comer astounded that anyone would do such a crazy thing.  He was dumbfounded and simply responded by saying "Why would any one go noodling when you have Avalon in Oklahoma City??"   Linda B.   Edmond, Ok.
